A Little About Me:
Hey, Melody here! Hailing from Fort Wayne, Indiana, I got my start in outreach and theatre for children, performing in touring troupes that brought educational theatre performances to children and communities with limited arts access. I later moved to NYC to study at NYU Tisch, pursuing my BFA in Drama at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting with minors in Applied Theatre and Producing. As an actor, I hope to use my voice to bring truth and light to the stories I have the opportunity to tell. Through my community-engaged work as an educator and applied theatre practitioner, I aim to uplift and inspire the next generation of change makers and artists to own their stories, as I join the fight for accessible arts education for all kids. My practice spans into many areas including but not limited to acting, educating, producing, directing, casting. I am excited and ready to collaborate in all areas of production and process!
